• Your physical or electronic signature.

2. What happens next

We review valid notices promptly — typically within 3–5 business days. If a notice is complete and valid, we will remove or disable access to the disputed material and may notify the party that provided it. Repeat infringement may result in a game being permanently removed from the catalog.

3. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address with the corresponding details, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district. We will process counter-notices in accordance with applicable law.

4. A note to developers

If you are a game developer and find your game listed here without your consent, contact us — removal requests from actual rights holders are actioned quickly and without friction. Conversely, if you would like your game to be featured, we are happy to evaluate it through its official distribution channel.
